A Summer Full of Learning, Play, and Growth at Little Learners
Summer is a season children look forward to all year long — longer days, sunshine, outdoor adventures, and a break from routine. But for many families, summer can also bring the challenge of finding a safe, engaging environment where children continue learning, growing, and thriving.
This year, Little Learners at Lake City Academy is excited to offer Summer Sessions for our Pre-K students for the very first time. Designed specifically for young learners, our summer program combines structured learning, hands-on activities, creativity, outdoor play, and Christ-centered care to create a meaningful and memorable summer experience.
At Little Learners, we believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, encouragement, movement, and joy. Our summer sessions are thoughtfully created to help children stay engaged while still embracing the fun and freedom of summer.
A Summer Program Designed for Pre-K Learners
Our Summer Sessions are specifically tailored for Pre-K-aged children, creating an environment where young learners feel comfortable, supported, and excited to participate each day. Rather than simply filling time, our program is intentionally designed to nurture developmental growth through play-based learning and hands-on experiences.
Children learn best when they are actively engaged, and summer is the perfect opportunity to explore new interests, build friendships, and strengthen confidence in a relaxed and encouraging setting.
Throughout the summer, students will participate in a variety of activities that support:

Flexible Summer Sessions for Families
Little Learners Summer Sessions are offered in two 4-week sessions:
Session 1: June 15 – July 10
Session 2: July 13 – August 14
Please note there will be no summer program during the week of July 27–31 for summer break.
Program hours run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing families with extended daytime care throughout the summer.
Families who enroll in both sessions will also receive a discount on tuition.
